Ruven (with V) it’s a photographer who makes photos very amazing and different.
He presented his first exposition in the streets of Sevilla. All the photos were put in the streets as if was the photographer more important of the world.
Ruven, firstly, select some models (depending on the session), and he take photos in white and black, because he think that’s more beautiful and elegant.
It you see the photos, each girls aren’t so beautiful, but they have a lot of expressivity, and this is a big point for take this photos.
Do you like it? I think that’s excellent. You know that I adore the world of photography and arts in general, but this man take photos very well, very naturals and that catch out attention.

I’m very happy because it’s no long till summer, and more liberty, and a lot of new things. But in the other hand I’m so afraid, because we’ll begin a new life very different. I’m used to see my sweet people every day, stay with them every day and share a lot of moments with they every day too, so I think that I’m not prepared to miss all of these things, to miss t hem.
I think that all of these years together will be useful for get a bigger confidence and make a bigger and special family.
Well, I hope that we’ll coincide in some places, some parties and we can arrange to meet all weekends, but it’s not the same.

Even so, I hope that next year will be so good for us, and I hope you have a good luck!

Do you think that maltreat an animal its legal? NO! NO! And NO!
Every day we can see and listen in news or newspaper some girls who are victims of maltreats, ill-treat girls, batter girls, violations, or some child that are mistreat too. But well, why we don’t see a lot of notices of animal maltreats? In which society we live?
Sometimes we listening a woman who says: “Oh yes! Poor animal! The bear…poor animal! And later you can see this woman with a wrap of skin.
Nowadays, a lot of rich woman are participate in a lot of ONG, a lot of Protectors of animals, she take her mini-dog in hers arms decorated with clothes too, and on top of that, with a wrap of skin!

With this weather, this sun and this hot, I would travel to anywhere! I would visit some places, some countries and some cultures. I would take one suitcase, my camera, shorts, T-shirts and travel all around the world!
I would travel to Africa, to Tunisia, to Canaries, to Mexico, Cuba, NY or any amazing place.
I have a lot of curiosity for look at the poverty of Africa, or the typical woman of this place, the typical children and the typical food. I have a lot of curiosity for look the beaches of canaries, the buildings and richness of NY…

One day my grandmother says me: “Gemma, make the most of all moments of your life, each details and opportunities, and overcoat, learn to your past mistakes”.
I think that our grandmothers, in general, are underestimating for us. We don’t think that her memory and her experience are so important, so interesting and another viewpoint of life very amazing.
My grandmother has a lot of recalls of her childhood, my childhood and childhood of my family. When I look her, I hold him in great esteem, and I I’d like save all moments with her.
Sometimes I take my camera and I take a session photos of her, it’s so funny because she don’t be accustomed of this things, and she smile during hours and hours…and me too.

Sara is a girl who lives in in Scotland and her university was in Murcia.

She said that she was here still four years ago for learnt languages, visit different places, etc.
She recommends us to visit Scotland, one country that has 5000000 million people.
She asks us which famous people we know from Scotland, and we don’t have any idea… So, she mention: Sean Connery, Alex Ferguson, and Andy Murray.

We recognize Sara because we can listen some presentations and we can stay with her in 2^nd of ESO, one hour for week. It was so good! :)

Stressed and tense?

Spring it’s a season of our life very happy and nice, but this year will be very stressed and tense. Why? It’s clear... Final of BAT and Selectivity is very near, so we respire a continuously stress. I hate this situation because our greatest wish in these moments its finish this year, and we don’t think that’s the last year together. But well, I can’t change the time, and when this epoch goes right, we’ll stay in paradise, we’ll begin our new life, and I’m very nervous for know what near life it is.

Social Education

When I was little, I dreamed with my future work and I would be artist, but well... All the world change, we too, and our thoughts too, so now I would study Social Education.
Social Education is a degree that you can work for leave out people, children who have a bad behaviour, etc.
I really like it, I like the work with children and work for these motives (marginalized people, uncommunicative people or children who have a bad behaviour), so I think that’s a degree very satisfactory. I could work in a centre of students or similar, but well... time on time!

Maore's case.

María Dolores (For they friends: Maore), was in love of Sergio, but was an unrequited love. They are in the same class of 2nd of ESO, in one institute situated in Ripollet.
The story begin when Maore upload a video that she appears kissing Sergio. He doesn’t like this because he had girlfriend. Friday night he goes to Maore’s house to ask for one justification, but well, end up with a murder. He slit his throat and beat.
Sergio isn’t being lonely. Luis, his friend, was accomplice, arrested too.
Sergio managed to make go down Maore because he said that he had a surprise. The girl goes down with slippers, and she swore that she’ll come in 5 minutes. But for bad luck, isn’t true.

God it’s a supreme deity adore for some religions.

In some of these religions, for example Christianity, God is creator of the universe. But well, it’s a topic very difficult for talk with another people, because each person has one opinion different, so… It's more complicated than you think.

For me, God doesn’t exist. God is a convention, is a support for believe in something more perfect than the humans.

Nowadays there are not many people that believe in God or that follow one specific religion, less and less the adolescents believe in this “deity”, furthermore, I thing that will arrive one day that for the people, God will disappear. But well, that’s a think that we can’t know today.

A stradivarius violin was sold for 902 paunts, the highest prince ever paid for a Stradivarius.

The violin, owned by yhe Mendelsson family, was made in 1720 and, because of its colour, it was known as the "Red Strad". It was played bt a professional musician.

In its year in the Mendelsson family, it was admired very little, except by amateurs, but its beautiful tones were demostrate by a a Japanese violinist before the auction yesterday.

I play the violin since I was seven years old, and play one Stradivarius it's a dream for me.

This summer I worked in a "children's school", one place situated in the primary school (here, in Castelló d'Empúries, in front of the institute). I was an instructor of childs that worked in P3 and P4, so, they have 3 and 4 years old. We (me and the others instructors) played all the days with all the childs. For example, we (me and 2 instructors more of P3 and P4) prepared games with water, with ballons of water, we made workshop with colour paints, necklaces of pieces of macaroni... And the childs had the smile in the face all the time, all the day, it was fantastic.

I had a child with the eyes blues, his name is Marc; Ainoa, one little girl very beautiful; Alex, one earthquake that was in love with spiderman; Jenny, a little blond girl very fine; Marcel, a piece of bread!; Max, in all innocence; Hugo, that was in love with his mum, etc.

And me? well...I'm in love with each and every one!

It was a good experience... It was brilliant.

A new study shows a worrying link between poor sperm and the number of hours a day that a man uses his mobile phone. A men who made calls on a mobile phone for more than four hours a day had the worst sperm counts and the poorest quality sperm! Well, it seems impossible!

Doctors believe the damage could be caused by the electromagnetic radiation emitted by handsets or the heat they generate. You know that since I was very younger, music is one of my favourite hobbies. I like listening and playing music, I remember you that I play the violin. So for this reason, I like listening diferent types and different grops of music. However, if I have to choose one singer, I would put Alejandro Sanz as the number one. He was born in 1968 in Madrid. During his career, Alejandro has putted 16 cd's on the market. His large list of prices shows that he's a great singer. I really like him because I like how he sings but I also really like the lyrics from his songs. Last summer, I was really lucky to be in a concert of him. He came to Roses and I went to the concert with Albert. I really like the concert, it was an amazing summer night of August. I hope that I will be able to repeat it soon!

INDI and MIU

Indi and Miu, Miu and Indi, they are like two members of my family. I say this because they are no persons but they are my two pets. I have them at home since quite years ago.
Indi is the dog. He's so intelligent. I say this because sometimes seems to understand the people feelings. For example, when you are sad or ill, he's always next to you. He's small, brown and very nice, he's my lovely pet.
Miu is the cat. As I say upper I prefer the dog but Miu has a curious story that makes him a bit special. When I was very younger, a house near mine was negligent and into was a cat that it seemed to be ill and hungry. Because of this, my mum decided to take him and fed him at home and now we are very happy with him. He is Indi, our fat cat with lovely and brilliant green eyes.

I have to say that Indi and Miu they are good, they never fight so I can say that they are good friends;)

EXAM'S WEEK

Today is the first day of June and tomorrow we will start a very stressful week. It will be so tired because I have an exam everyday. Tomorrow, history exam is the first one. I will have to spend the Sunday studying the second World War. We have to put all of our strength because the week is so important and decisive for our future since some older friend told to me how important is to be in the next course with all the subjects passed. It's only a week and a few and we will be on summer holidays!

CLAUDIA'S BIRTHDAY

As I said in the last comment, May is a month with a lot of birthdays and yesterday was Claudia's turn. Yesterday at night, we celebrate her 17th birthday with many people in Empuriabrava. First of all, we met all the people in Sikim's restaurant at 10 o'clock. We had dinner there and then we started to give her a lot of presents. The presents were summer clothes and other things to decorate her new bedroom. After this, we went to another pub to drink something and we finished the night in Passarella's disco dancing a lot. Claudia was really happy with her night and I was satisfied too because as you know, she is a very important person for me!

ALBERT'S PARTY

May is a month with a lot of birthdays from many friends around me. Last week, we celebrated Albert's 18th birthday. It was so special because we prepared to him a surprise party two days after his birthday . The party was on Friday 23 and we met all together in Roses harbour. We were 40 people in a boat waiting for Albert. I have to tell a lot of lies to Albert until he entered in the boat. When he saw all the people there, he was so suprised and astonished. He didn't know anything. We started to sail direction to Montjoi's cove. In this place, we celebrate the party in a city of bungalows. We had dinner there, we had a disco for us and we slept there. It was a perfect night and some people we spent the following day on the beach. The party was amazing for all the people and we were very happy for Albert because he really enjoyed his party.

Today, I will talk about the holocaust history. First of all, I’m going to put the definition that you can find in the dictionary: ‘The Holocaust is the systematic killing of six million Jewish men, women, and children and millions of others by Nazi Germany and its collaborators during World War II. Well, it's a topic with a very syllabus, dates and injustices to talk, so for this reason I speak only about the centre of Auschwitz. Auschwitz was the largest Nazi’s concentration camps. It’s located in German-occupied southern Poland. There were also around 40 satellite camps with prisoner populations ranging from several dozen to several thousand. Most victims were killed in gas chamber, other deaths were caused by systematic starvation, forced labour, lack of disease control, individual executions, and so-called medical experiments.

English vocabulary

Learning vocabulary is a very important thing for our English. I think that in the language room, in the English classes and with writing in the blog and compositions, we learnt a lot of new phrases, information and a lot of new vocabulary. I really like learning and discover new words in English because I like making titles in English for my photos.
Well, yes…I agree with you if you think that is a very strange and rarely thing, but for example, in one photo that’s shocking I will impose the name: “amazing”, or in one photo with two people, I can mention: two-faced, that literally means two faces, but this means an hypocritical person.
It’s like a “game” with the words and with the imagination of other people who see the photos and the relation with the name.
In conclusion, the thing that I prefer in the English classes is learning new vocabulary and I think that’s a great system for knowing better the language.

"Barrakes" of Figueres is a party celebrated at the end of April, beginning of May. It's very amuse because you could meet a lot of people and you could see all the friends there. It's a party celebrated in the industrial zone of the city, near the cinemas and near the fundair. That's plenty of different shacks that sell alcoholic drinks and sandwiches. There are many of reaches, musical groups, etc. For example, yesterday there was "Obrint Pas" i "Dekrèpits", and the other days we can saw "Gossos", "Smoking Stones", "Pastora" (very amazing when she went on stage)...

Yesterday we celebrated one dinner with the class of first
Batxillerat B. It was a good dinner in a Chinese restaurant

Stretchiest Skin

Today, while I was ate, I saw in the TV one program of the guinness world records. One boy who's name is: Garry Turner. He stretched the skin of his stomach to a distended very length.

Garry has a rare medical condition called Elhers-Danlos Syndrome, a disorder of the connective tissues affecting the skin, ligaments and internal organs. With this condition, the collagen that strengthens the skin and determines its elasticity becomes defective, resulting in, among other things, a loosening of the skin, and "hypermobility" of the joints. In more serious cases, it can cause the fatal collapse or rupturing of blood vessels.

I would talk about the "The kenguru", designed in Hungría for the people obliged to use wheelchair. this car don't have any seat, so the person whose introduce with his wheelchair into the car by the door of behind make a good position for drive. All the controls are around of one handle central for facilitate this mecanism. It's a work that be worth the trouble, of course.

Africa is the most populated continent, after Asia. It covers 22% of the earth’s territory with more than 900 million people and the continent is organized by 53 countries. The English language is only talked in some of these 53 countries: Nigeria, Liberia, Kenia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, etc.

The dense forests and equatorial jungle are the regions that receive more rainfalls and the ‘rain station’ is 8 months long. The higher tree reaches 50 meters and the climate was desert but humid.

Africa has lots of tribes, social and ethnic groups. Some of them are represented by huge groups of people, all of these cultures are different, and for this reason Africa has a lot of variety cultural.
For example, I would like to tell you a curiosity about “the tribe of the himba”. The people of this tribe spread their body with a mixture of ochre, butter and herbs that gives in their own skin a characteristic reddish colour.
Music: The African music is different in the north than in the south but all of them share the same instruments: drums, bells, lutes, flutes and trumpets. The most used and popular instrument are the drums or also called “djembe”. Music is so important in this country because the African people believe in gods and sometimes sing, play and dance for them.

The relationship between Africa and poverty: When we hear the noun ‘Africa’, we immediately think about poverty. Is it true? Of course, because unluckily more than 218 million people live in extreme poverty in Africa, a million of children die every day because they don’t have food; hygiene and they cannot earn one's living. Unfortunately, some people said: to have reached countries, it’s necessary to have poor countries.

TODAY IT'S MY BRITHDAY!
i'm very happy because a lot of people send me a sms or fotologs, and I' a person who enjoy this little details. This year I can't celerate my brithday because it's the same weekend than carnival, but well...this reason means that the celebration of my 18 years will be fantastic! jaja ;)
I think that the 17 yeras haven't got any special because for example, the 16 it's so good for enter legally in some nightclubs, and the 18's special for drive, university and a lot of things! So...28 of January 2009, COME! =)

This song appear in "Bridget Jones's Diary", one film that I like so much.
Bridget Jones is an assistant at a London book publisher, a single woman over 30, who smokes too much, drinks too much, and has a tendency to say whatever comes into her mind. When Daniel Cleaver, her boss, starts flirting with her in a vulgar way, she plunges straight in. An affair ensues and she's head over heels. Today I will go to the hospital because I have hour for one echocardiogram ("eco")
An echocardiogram it's a siluet of movements of the heart. During the echocardiogram, high-frequency sound waves make photos of the valves and of the hreat, and help to sonógrafo for evaluate the pumping action of the heart. The "eco" is combinated frequently with one Doppler ultrasound and color Doppler to assess blood flow that runs through the heart valves.

And for finally, in my ten update, I would talk about this project...
It was a good idea for to learn to do something in english and see the special things of my friends, but...It was a work that require time and motivation!
I think that in the end of course, this project will be a good thing for note ours procediments and we can see the work that we did in three quarters of 1 Batxillerat.

In this new update I upload some photos with Anna, Andreu and Dani in the music class. Andreu, that he have a mobil phone very sophisticated, caught some moments...for example, when I was very sleepy at 8 o'clock or when Dani annoyed me.
I think that this year I have a good company because all the persons in my class are very friendly and very fun, and the majority of teachers are very plesant too.

Well...today we finish this weekend, but DON'T WORRY! 3 days with class and then a long, long, long weekend=)

Volley, one of my hobbies

Today I can talk about one of my hobbies. Since I was seven years I am playing volleyball with my friends here, in Castelló. We train twice a week and we play the match at the weekend. We usually go to play near Barcelona. We are eleven players and the majority started with me when we were seven years old so in every train we spend a really good time together. This weekend we played against Arenys de Mar and we won 3-1. This season we had won 8 matches and we had lost only 2. So you can see that we are a great team with very good players.=)

pfff...finally we finished this week! I really like Friday! xDD
The next week we have two exams and early the Christmas...
This photo is one day that me and some of my girls went to the "Fira de nadal" of our town, Castelló d'Empúries. We and other persons of 4ESO sold cakes of differents tastes. In this photo you can see Claudia;)

Hellooo guys!

Today I would talk about FITO & FITIPALDIS! Is a music group that I like so much, their lyrics and melody are genial (in my opinion) and the singer is a man very funny: is low, slim and bald, he wears a earring in the left tail and her nose is big and very ugly...but well, all the tings that he hasn't got for beauty, he has got for sing and for make this beautiful songs, furthermore...I like so much all the things that he has, the good and bad things, because are characteristics that it makes to be different!

This month I went in a concert of this group with Albert=)

Yesterday I recived a mobil call of Sergi Sàrria, my friend that now is in Alexandra Deulofeu (another institute) of Figueres. He told me that the next week we could go to eat together because since he was in this this institute, we have seen only one day, and I miss his nonsense...=)

So today, I wish upload this photo with this short text, but...I think that he deserve more!

HIIIII!

Yesterday I saw a horror film in the cine: REC. Is a Spanish film, the directors are spanish (Jaume Balagueró and Paco Plaza)and the actors too. I was very distressing and nervous, but I really like this types of films! The argument said that a television reporter and her cameraman, cover the night shift at the local fire station. The firehouse receives a call from an old lady trapped in her house. When they arrive, and the firemen break down the door, the old lady suddenly attacks and bites one of the firemen, and it is revealed that an unknown but virulent disease is infecting people, causing them to turn in to zombies. The police and military quarantines the building and the camera crew is trapped inside, constantly recording the mayhem that ensues. So guys, I recommend you watch this film;)

This week I'm very stressed...we have a lot of exams and it's terrible! I think that all of my friends are in the same situation...

Well, I’ve some hobbies and some things that I like so much. One of them is the photography. I don’t think that I’m an excellent photographer, but I like taking original photos and for this reason I'm keen on it. I thought that if I show you some photos that I have done it, it could be a good idea for publicate a text in the blog.
Firstly, I show you two photos which I have done for the school photography competition last year. The first photo is the one that was qualified on the third position.
To continue, I have a photo of two years ago. You can see that the photo is on the beach and I'm with Anna and Claudia. It's easy to see how glad is the photo and reflects a lot of happiness.
The four photo is a day that we went to visit our friend Sergi Sàrria ( a friend that the majority of you know him) and we spent a good time in the Palau's pool . The photo is modified with a special program that I have in my PC. I had darkened it.
And I continue with another one of the same day. I think that it's so beautiful with this countryside bottom.
In the six position, we can see my friend Clàudia with four of his smiles represented with different cameras. Here, you can see four, but she has more! ( i la classe ha d riure..jaja) I took this photo in Italy, during the school trip last course.

The beach is a beautiful place to take photos because they can be so original and nice. So now, to finish I show you the last three photos. It was a day of this last summer with my friend Marina Geli.
one is on the rocks, the next is near to the lighthouse and the last is near the sea.

Hello peoplee! I'm in the bar "punt de trobada" with miriam. We are waiting our sandwiches. Now we'll go to particular classes and I utilize this short time for update my blog.
This week had been very estressed...we'll have a lot of exams and homework, so...we haven't got time for nothing!
(nooow..we are eatting! :P one delicious sandwich of omlet.)
I don't have to say any more...this weekend are "barraques" of Girona, so...I write another update the next week.
